I think what you have mentioned in the artcile is totally agreeable. Bacause, when developing Human resource we should basically concern the quality of the labour force. So, quality in turn is a function of basic and higher education, training programmes and the overall health of the population. I think the The quality and adaptability of the labour force is a key driver in creating a favourable environment for each and every organization to grow through new investments and to adapt quickly to changing environments.
