Diversity of trends have to be embraced by not only the organizational structure with the technologies but also the change attitude of Employer & Employees.
Yes, attitude of employer & employee also can create diversity. But Organizations can benefit from diversity or it can lead to conflicts as well. So I think to overcome that sort of issues we should try to change organization culture to value diversity. Then we can overcome this sort of conflicts.
